1. Weddings are for life (Hopefully)
Your wedding is more than a big party where you have a chance to dress up and be a princess for a day with the ubiquitous wedding photographs. Make sure you talk about what you’re going to do after the big day. Discuss with your partner how you are going to live, children etc. as well as venues, who to invite and of course who not to invite.
2. Make your wedding yours.
In some venues the wedding planner will dictate what you can or cannot have. Remember it’s your wedding and the planner is there to serve you. If you want special or unusual thing let the venue arrange them. If you want and special photographs, let the wedding photographer know BEFORE the wedding.
3. Wedding Dresses….Try them all.
This is important. Your wedding dress is your crowning glory. You will be photographed MANY times in this little creation. It will be remembered by you for many years to come thus it has go to the best. Don’t just try on a few dresses, try lots of them in lots of different shops. This dress will be special therefore you need to find the one that is right for you. You have no idea how many brides we have photographed over the years that have grumbled about the dress when they are getting ready. Asking the question “Does my bum look big in this dress” is not one that should be said on the day of your wedding.
